as long as the villagers are very dynamic with very interesting personalities i think itll be enjoyable. i did not enjoy new horizon due to how lifeless the villagers felt when talking/building friendships.

at its core, animal crossing is a loneliness aid. It was created to emulate the vibes of a cozy hometown when real life feels too hectic and overwhelming. taking it to a city and focusing on multiplayer would fundamentally change the game and betray its original purpose, imo

Quiet rural life is what Animal Crossing is for me.
Now with mouse Splatoon may be playable.

In my opinion, Animal Crossing was best before it did all the things that made it so universally likeable. Which was, it centered the Animal Crossing experience on the player. Before, you were pretty powerless, you couldn't change much of the town, the townsfolk weren't always nice to you, and you were just kind of a cog in the machine. I liked that, it felt like this weird world just moving around you, and you had to roll with the punches. Now you have so much control you can move mountains and rivers, you can make people move away. And in ways I can see why thats so so so appealing to people, but I also think it took away the things that I loved most about it in Animal Crossing GC. Again, I don't think it's worse, just changed… and that's okay, I still play it. But I def miss the old ways.
Switch 2 editions should happen are Mario wonder, Sonic frontiers, sonic racing crossworlds, Mario 3d all stars, Metroid dread, smash ultimate, and Mario kart 8 deluxe. Jamboree, BOTW, and totk should have more content. Also I’m hoping Sonic racing crossworlds is NOT a game key card
