They could make a remake of the second game, it surely needs it.
And BTW, this is clearly a remake of the remake, not the original. Since the mechanics and levels layout shown are very similar to the anniversary remake changes.
Given how globally known she is, I don't think that mispronouncing 'Lara' is an American thing at this point. I think it's because someone isn't a fan, and therefore it's a deliberate 'eff you' to fans. I'm American, I've been playing TR games from the beginning, and I never once called her 'Laura.' If I watch a YouTube video and the narrator calls her the wrong name, it's enough for me to stop playback and give a rare dislike.
If they DONT have Atlantis being pulsating flesh and pulsating guts, imma pop off
I feel like some of these people didn't actually play the original 96 Tomb Raider or the remasters and are trying to give commentary on it.

I played OG TR1, then Anniversary, then recently TR1-6 remasters. Maybe another remake of the first game is a bit unnecessary for me, but for sure I'm going to play it. I am wondering how/if this will capture the attention of a newer audience… Hopefully it goes well, since I want this franchise to continue. The 2013 onwards trilogy was awesome, here's hoping to at least 2 more games after Catalyst and a new very good trilogy

Why do the two Lara's in the two new games looks so very different? They keep talking "unified lara"… but they look extremely different in the two new games (face-wise, not referring to outfit).
I swear they better not mess up the second half of the game, palace Midas was one of my favorite parts of this game. Yes that last mission is gonna look incredible.

when Lara was 27 if you couldn't tell. since that's also how old she was
in the 1996 original as well. Catalyst on the other hand, Lara is definitely older
possibly even being close to 40. she was 38 in Tomb Raider Underworld,
didn't look it though, but that's how old she was in it. so it looks like Catalyst
is after Underworld, Anniversary is the beginning like the 1996.
Did everyone forget about Tomb Raider Anniversary? They already remaked the first game from the ground up. This is basically the second remake! Did everyone forget about this?? Also, am I the only one who is a bit weirded out by the choice of face they gave Lara? She kinda looks like the AI "after" image that gooners post on the Internet when they complain about the female lead of a game not being hot enough.
