Making a game that focus on a time period that we cant have much things to do or to make, gonna lead to repetitive gameplay, same old combinations and being linear not help at all.. I think, after this game, they will probably not gonna make another one, bad choices can lead to terrible decisions, people not liking and shut down entire projects just because an iteration like that

This games have always looked half baked to me, so much stiffness to animations and transitions, and the driving looks so wooden and janky. Basically, this is what GTA would look like if Rockstar only used 10% of their budget.
Looking at the comments, I'm probably the only person still hyped for this game, definitely not canceling my pre-order!

Don't have a good feeling about this game. Unless its story is GTA levels long it's gonna be mid in my opinion. Seems like the lessons they took from Mafia 3 are to do more with less, which means we're getting less.

I mean it looks, meh? Like the scenery is nice dont get me wrong, but the gameplay feels stale already.
Man, the story feels pretty generic- did they really have to go with the whole Godfather vibe? That deep mob boss voice is way too much. And the gameplay? Looks almost identical to the first game’s Definitive Edition (which, to be fair, was actually really solid). Honestly, they missed a chance to do something more modern like the Italian series Gomorrah. That kind of direction would’ve been fresh: gangs in Naples, younger characters, real issues, some politics. It could’ve been unique. Instead, it just feels like a rural Godfather copy.Hopefully it turns out alright, but I’ve got my doubts. And that preorder price? Feels a bit suspicious.
