Slavic Magic and publisher Hooded Horse have revealed the global Manor Lords release timings, which means we now know when exactly we’ll get to play the game.
As was revealed during last October’s Xbox Partner Preview, Manor Lords will be launching on April 26th, which is this Friday. Naturally, though, the time at which you’ll get to play the game differs depending on your region.
New Zealanders, for instance, are perhaps somewhat unlucky, as they won’t technically get to play the game until the (very early) morning of April 27th thanks to the way time zones work. Curse you, meridians!

In case you’ve never heard of Manor Lords, it’s an upcoming indie strategy sim with elements of city-builders, grand strategy games, and RTS titles.
Although these things all arguably contribute to the DNA of Manor Lords, its developer Slavic Magic has been keen to impress upon players that it isn’t a StarCraft-style competitive RTS, nor is it a Total War-esque kingdom management sim.
Instead, it’s a calmer and more contemplative city-builder in which you’ll occasionally fight large-scale battles; think of it more as a small-scale city-builder than a zoomed-out Paradox-style game and you’re most of the way there.
It’s also worth noting that although Manor Lords will be launching into Early Access, it won’t have a roadmap for updates, at least initially. Instead, Slavic Magic will be adopting a “listen, verify, implement” philosophy, with updates coming based on user feedback and realistic development times.
You’ll be able to check out Manor Lords when it launches on PC via Steam on April 26th. The game will also be playable on PC Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
