Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution Western Release Date Announced

Today Idea Factory International announced the Western release date of the Hyperdimension Neptunia spin-off Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution.

Following the reveal that the game would come in May 2024 earlier this month, today we learn that it’s specifically releasing on May 14, 2024, for PS5, PS4, and Nintendo Switch.

For those who love physical disks, the game will launch in both physical and digital versions, which is always nice to hear.

Pre-orders will go live on April 2, and fans will also be able to grab a Limited Edition, a Day One Edition, and the Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution / Neptunia: Sisters VS Sisters – Day One Edition Dual Pack Plus.

The Limited Edition includes the following:

The Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution / Neptunia: Sisters VS Sisters – Day One Edition Dual Pack also includes the previous spin-off game Neptunia: Sisters VS Sisters, plus the contents of the Day One edition and a bonus acrylic shikishi.

Fans have been waiting a long time for this one, as it was announced all the way back in March 2023 and released in Japan in August of the same year. The Western release was announced by Idea Factory International in July 2023.

The game focuses on older Nep as she tries to revive a defunct game studio by pairing the usual JRPG mechanics with management gameplay as she tries to produce great games and get the business rolling.
