New Tower of Fantasy Simulacrum Yanuo Revealed for Next Week

Developer Hotta Studio and publisher Level Infinite have revealed a brand new simulacrum for the open-world gacha RPG Tower of Fantasy.

Yanuo is an expert in all things espionage-related, and she’s coming to the game on February 20th, so you’ll get the chance to add another character to your arsenal next Tuesday.

She joins other characters added to the game since launch, including Yan Miao, Nan Yin, and Huang, as well as older additions like Ming Jing and Yu Lan.

Yanuo is Tower of Fantasy‘s newest simulacrum, and she’s joining the game next week.

According to the developers, Yanuo is an infiltration and camouflage expert. She’s “well-tempered, warm-hearted, and efficient”…or is she?

The fact is that those attributes are nothing more than a cover for Yanuo’s true nature, at least according to Hotta Studio. She’s an undercover agent who’s actually “cold, arrogant, and unruly”.

We can see some of those characteristics emerging in the trailer, wherein Yanuo embarks on a mission and excels in “pretending to be Brevey’s friend”, as the trailer description says.

You can take a look at Yanuo’s introductory trailer, which gives a flavor of what you can expect from the character’s debut next week, right here.

If you’re not familiar with Tower of Fantasy, it’s an open-world gacha action RPG set on a distant planet contaminated by radioactive energy.

You’ll explore a vast post-apocalyptic world, dispatching monsters and discovering more about the world of Aida and its factions as you go.

As you play, you’ll get the chance to team up with other players in order to complete quests and battle powerful bosses, and you’ll also build a team comprising complementary characters with different attributes and combat styles.

If you’ve played HoYoverse’s Genshin Impact, then you’ll probably recognize the general feel of Tower of Fantasy, although there are a few differences that set the two apart, like Tower of Fantasy‘s shared world.

You can play Tower of Fantasy right now on PC, PlayStation consoles, and mobile devices.
