Overwatch 2 Brings Back One Punch Man Collab With Brand-New Skins

Overwatch 2 has brought back the One Punch Man collaboration with a twist in the form of two brand-new crossover skins: Garou Wuyang and Hellish Blizzard Ashe. These cosmetics, plus all the ones from the first One Punch Man collab for Overwatch 2, are available in the game now through October 29.

One Punch Man marked the very first collaboration between Overwatch 2 and an external IP. It originally took place in Season 3 back in February 2023, introducing four new Overwatch 2 x One Punch Man skins and their matching customizations: Saitama Doomfist, Genos Genji, Terrible Tornado Kiriko, and Mumen Rider Soldier: 76, the last of which was available for free via event challenges.

All Overwatch 2 x One Punch Man Returns Collab Skins

Now, the original Overwatch 2 external IP crossover has returned with a surprise to delight fans of the franchise. Wuyang and Ashe both received brand-new skins that were not in the first collab, with the former becoming Garou, the infamous Hero Hunter of One Punch Man, and the latter transforming into Hellish Blizzard, the psychic leader of the Blizzard Group. These premium skins will be available in the cash shop from now through October 29 individually for 1900 Overwatch Coins, in their cosmetic bundles for 2900, or together in the One Punch Man Mega Bundle for 6900.

  • Garou Wuyang (NEW)
  • Hellish Blizzard Ashe (NEW)
  • Saitama Doomfist
  • Genos Genji
  • Terrible Tornado Kiriko
  • Mumen Rider Soldier: 76 (Free via Event Challenges)

All the previously available Overwatch 2 x One Punch Man content has returned in this crossover rerun as well. Saitama Doomfist, Genos Genji, and Terrible Tornado Kiriko can be purchased from the cash shop or Hero Gallery for the duration of the event. Additionally, players can complete a number of in-game challenges to earn 15,000 Battle Pass XP and a bunch of free One Punch Man cosmetics, including Sprays, Player Icons, and even the Mumen Rider Soldier: 76 skin and matching Victory Pose and Highlight Intro.

Despite being the first external IP collab, this is actually the second crossover rerun Overwatch 2 has done. During Season 18, Overwatch 2 brought back the Cowboy Bebop event, including the event challenges and free Ein Wrecking Ball skin. However, unlike the last one, this One Punch Man collaboration introduced new cosmetics into the mix, which means Blizzard could technically do the same with future crossover reruns.

This marks the second crossover skin Wuyang has gotten in Overwatch 2 so far. While heroes like Kiriko have already gotten more than twice this amount, Wuyang only joined the roster of heroes in Overwatch 2 last season, breaking the record for collaboration skin appearances again in an especially noteworthy way. Needless to say, Overwatch 2 has given Wuyang a lot of love since his debut.
