My guess is that it could be “Gearhead” – the cyborg criminal racer from “the batman” episode “rpm”
Unrelated to Lego, but James seems to understand Batman really well. It makes me excited to see how he's handled in the DCU.

The first thing that came to mind when they said they read the comics “oh my god we are (potentially) getting a Lego professor pyg!” We may even get other villains that Lego has never put in the game (fingers and toes crossed for professor pyg 🤞🏻)
