Red Dead Redemption Mobile Game Launches on Netflix (Gaming Roundup)

The first-ever mobile version of Rockstar Games’ “Red Dead Redemption” launched Tuesday on Netflix.

Per the streamer’s announcement revealing the game’s mobile debut, “In 2010, the legendary developers of The Grand Theft Auto Series surprised everyone — going from metropolitan criminal syndicates to the Wild West with Red Dead Redemption. If you’ve ever wanted to step foot inside your favorite Western, this is one of the best ways to do it. Once people got a taste of this cowboy tale, though, they were hooked, and a slew of Game of the Year awards soon followed.”

“Red Dead Redemption” is available to all Netflix subscribers and, like the streamer’s other games, does not include ads or in-game purchases. The title joins a list of more than 100 mobile games offered by the streamer as it continues to grow its gaming business, which also includes games that can be played directly on the TV within the Netflix app.
