Replaced is an action-platform video game. The game is set in a dystopian, alternate version of America in the 1980s. The player assumes control of R.E.A.C.H (Research Engine for Altering and Composing Humans), an artificial intelligence unwillingly trapped in the human body of his creator, Warren Marsh.
