Shadow Raid Information & Advice
Shadow Raids are notorious for being more challenging than regular raids, and Shadow Lapras is no exception. It will deal more damage than usual, and as the battle progresses, it will become enraged, boosting its attack and defence. To counter this, you’ll need to use Purified Gems.
Purified Gems
Purified Gems are essential in defeating Shadow Lapras, as they can lower its boosted attack and defence stats temporarily. Here’s how they work:
- Collecting Purified Gems: You can assemble these from Shadow Shards dropped by Team GO Rocket grunts, leaders, and Shadow Raids.
- Using Purified Gems: When Lapras becomes enraged, use Purified Gems to subdue it, returning it to its normal state. This can be the key to securing a victory in these tough raids.
Remember to coordinate with your raid group to maximize the effectiveness of Purified Gems, and avoid battling Shadow Lapras in Rainy or Snowy weather if possible, as these conditions will boost its power even further.
Best of luck, Trainers!
