Joseph Fares is quickly becoming one of my favourite games industry personalities. The guys enthusiasm is infectious, and he clearly has a lot of passion for his team and projects. We need more people like him in the modern games industry, along with Hideo Kojima, Sam Lake, Swen Vincke, Yoko Taro, Shigeru Miyamoto, Tim Schafer, Hidetaka Miyazaki, and others. Although not all of their games click with me on a personal level, I can at least see that they have a true vision.
