CIG will do what they did last year with 4.0 if the 4.5 is broken. they will have two live builds to pick from. It's smart for the Holiday break.
I switched to vulcan on 4.4 with smooth motion turned on in Nvidia app. Its really nice
My guess is they need the tech preview stuff in live for other future content, so they are just going to rip the bandaid off and release it. If anything gets delayed it will probably be engineering while the vulcan and engine updates move forward.
Got on to try the salvation. All my inventory was go. Spent an hour gearing up, replacing ship weapons etc.

"performance is ok" oh ya I can agree with that. It's so good in fact I can't even launch the game. Before anyone says just roll back and driver update, I already did, and nividia GPU's are also having the problem.

Clipper seems pretty versatile. A little underpowered (Size 1 components only, 2 shields) but I guess that's understandable to somewhat balance the versatility?
150 USD though… oof. I ended up melting my GEO (LTI token lol) to upgrade my game pack. Kind of a pity you can't reattribute game access to a different pledge, but ah well.

Podcast, it's ok and something to play while in QT. Meaning it would be nice to have a SC radio in game! Clipper is proving to be one hell of a ship!
