I'll be happy if what we get works without being riddled with bugs.
I would like to see as a manager that I can tell the club I don’t want to renew my contract, I wish to go to a better team at the end of a season like players do.
I can resign, but I want to do it in a propper manner. When my contract ends they release me, and 6 months in advance other teams can approach me for next season if they want to. A manager from team A says, I want to retire at the end of the season, a club can approach someone from club B to replace at the end of a season if they want to.
I want dribblings, but I think we don't even get them in 2026. It's a shame 😂
Manager contracts
The most important thing that has to change in the game is to be more realistic, it has to be more like a real football world simulation than a kid's game. In real world it is impossible to take over Luton for example a bottom premier league team and after a few good transfer additions you can challenge for the championship in 4- years for example…
In addition I think that football manager has to " let us "use more formations and have success (of course if we played it right), I am tired of playing 4231 ,433narrow etc…
Another big issue is the morale. You have Chelsea for example and after a bad run off four to five games you can't stop losing because of morale issues!
Another thing is that the team cohesion has to be more realistic, in real football it's very unlikely to have a good team cohesion at the beginning of the season if you have bought six seven new players for example and you put them all in the first 11.
Will the Women's Football aspect be an option instead of mandatory?
Also I hope German players will be able to play international games.
Does this mean it's still coming to console
More accurate stadiums. Not just the correct colours, but closer designs.
Training needs upgrading, but ive also wanted a chairman mode. Manage from the top, manage the transfers, the managers performance etc
Miles, bring back feature roulette!
I wanna be able to leave my team with 10 men if a player gets injured towards the end of the first half.
could easily implement a text reader and Ai voice recognition to make it seem like the players, coaches and journalists are talking to you instead of constantly reading text.
Keep mobile fm so more people can play
I would like the option to include our children to be implemented into the clubs youth setup.
The pre game and post game interview questions can also be revised more often with updates. Same questions over and over again becomes boring and stale …
The AI should also do a better job in developing players. In FM25, if you play a long career after 20 years 90% or more of the players in the market worth looking at are the players I developed and sold.
If women's football slows down the game that would be killer of FM26.
All these FMXX games need database updates after (couple of weeks) the close of each transfer window. If they could have done that with FM25 at least it could have been more playable … starting a new career with 22/23 data is not acceptable.
Please, no AI newgen faces
Carrier continue isn't confirmed ?
Manager yellow and red cards.
My wishlist: Make Miles explain 'soon' xdd
Hopefully they get rid of Netflix for fm26 mobile otherwise i certainly won’t be buying or playing the game again
Could someone please answer my question because it would be really appreciated , this is my laptop Acer Aspire E 15 E5-575-588E which was purely bought for FM probably about 10 years ago. I only ever have 1 league running at a time with a large database in 2D , now im not very clued up when it to computers so could someone kindly reply and let me know if my laptop can play it or is that it for me ? Lol thankyou
I feel like FM franchise became more and more like FIFA. Releasing 1 good feature or 2-3 small features and feeding us will small things. Instead of making FM26 as the best possible. Same for FM27…..
Things they need to fix – Players asking for a new contract every 6 months if they've been playing okay. Congratulating a player who's form has been 7.5+, and them getting mad as 'your opinion and my opinion of good mustn't be the same'. A player who's been performing like shite or not good enough anymore for your team, asking for more gametime and when you say no, half the team gets mad – including players in his position who would be out of the team if you allowed the request. Youth system upgrade, how many times i've been told in December im getting A+ 5 star academy prospects incoming to only get two 2.5 star players in March. The loan market from FM24 was awful, want a decent player that will be £1 million a month plus his full salary for a start. Stupid stadium decisions, you become successful with a club, you have a 50k season ticket waitlist, your chairman decides to build a new stadium, only increase capacity by 10k, and put you £200m in debt for the privilege. Also smaller things like regen faces, have kit updates every season or two, voice commentary during matches – all these things make it feel a bit more like real life, and a more immersive football world.
Football Manager 2026 should introduce 70-80% new features, improvements and changes compared to previous versions.
The new Football Manager 2026 should have 70-80% of new features
Need better interactions with players. When you sell a player you need to be able to tell unhappy players that he wanted to leave. Current responses are rubbish. He’d outgrown the club or he wasn’t good enough is too wide apart. He demanded to leave so we let him go needs to be an option.
International management needs to have a time skip thing so you don’t sit slipping g for weeks doing nothing until the next international round.
I think the whole training page could do with something new, always felt very messy and the way players grow
Am interesting thing would be a touchline/dugout or stand view for the managers perspective in the match engine.
I want to see improved tweaked transfer features
I think high profile and big transfer deals need to be a drawn out a bit longer.. it should take a couple of meetings to agree a fee and then structuring the deal to suit both parties. DOF interaction here would be realistic to get sign off on the deal before getting it through. Player negotiations are fine but I don’t always think you should always be able to agree a contract offer with a player in the first sitting with them. Counter offers should exist and revised agreements should be a feature.
Would like more functionality on the commercial side of the club, plus the ability to increase your coaching numbers as part of an adjustable budget – I hate my requests to increase coaching numbers constantly getting rejected
I use ROG laptop equipped with high specification and stong to play heavy games. But for FM, I still prefer the 2D mode..
i want the ai know how to rebuild their squad. most fm i noticed, they like to keep old players until they retire. i hope fm fix this with AI who have eyes for young talents so that human player wil have tought time to get young wonderkids as they will face competition with smart AI
Ah the mentality coach, also known as psychologist.
Jake channelling his 90s look with the mullet and the Mickey Pearce moustache.
Sort contracts out every player wanting triple their wages wise up
Training scenarios, managers bank accounts and proper disciplinary procedures
I wish fm2025 can play another role too like general manager
Wishlist at this time won’t be implemented so why add that to this video?
Player attributes show more on the pitch. Like a player with high agility pace flair shouldn't dribble like another with average ratings on the above. Also don't like how just having top players winning you league no matter what tactics you implement
I would like to see the ability to order shirts scarves programmes etc
vr mode, i wanna play in vr and be the manager on the sideline
I need more African leagues for the journeyman
Hopefully when you list a player. You can sell him more quickly. Plus sell him for a proper realistic value.
I would love if they made transer fees more realstic in terms of what they are worth too individual clubs. For example sterling still costs about 80 million in fm 24 even though chelsea want too sell him in real life.
more in depth control on stadium expansions/look of the stadium/etc.
a "mentality coach" would be cool, it tries to potentially push players towards a specific personality, for instance some good attributes for a mentality coach would be a model citizen with determination/working with youngsters 20
Would be cool to have live starts like FC 25
