Gollum and Return to Moria are recent, but I have not played.
From everything mentioned in the video, that should be everything that isn't a mobile or defunct live service game starting from around the 1st movie's release.

Return of the king is visually a better game but the gameplay of two towers is so unbelievably superior it’s not even funny

I endlessly played LOTR: The Third Age for Game Boy Advance back in the day. A top-down tactics RPG spanning all three books/movies and some bonus levels (e.g. The Last Alliance). Thought it was fantastic!
