Bethesda literally gifted the devs of Skyblivion free copies of Oblivion Remastered. Despite their flaws they've always been a big supporter of mods and fan projects. I think as long as they don't get money for it Bethesda won't care.
One of my favorite things about FO1/2 was the clay animation style they put into all the characters. This feels like they did an almost identical digital version. I also dig the Doom style gameplay, it feels very fitting for oldschool – pre-FO3 Fallout.

Love ANIMATION, yeah it looks like a Doom resking especialy face in side and his sinister smile, but that fits as well.And oh boy GFX is a perfect spot on for Fallout
If it runs through GZ and Zandrondum then it'll run great on DeltaTouch for Android 12-15, i play brutalDoom on PC and Android with max gore settings runs great on Android, lol.
