Mad World is solid, but I think Gears 2 Rendezvous tops it.
I thought the Gears of War trailer would be on this list. The sequel trailer featuring Devotchka's 'How It Ends' stood out to me as I first heard the song at a friend's memorial service.

These are honestly some of my all time favorite trailers as well! I remember loosing my shit when the Halo 3 trailer dropped and the Hellgate London trailer was so good i bought my best mate a copy of the game for his birthday based on the trailer alone 😜. But nothing…. nothing comes close to the Final Fantasy XIV trailer. It brought cinematic storytelling via trailers to the next level. The music, the action and fuck me the ending…. wow
Oh yeah, that Trailer from Dead Island brought tears to my eyes the first time I saw it. So cleverly made and heart-wrenching!
Hellgate London I actually kind of loved to play. It was cool seeing these destroyed places that actually exist…
