CMX was created on February 6, 2014 with their inaugural conference, CMX Summit. They host the CMX Summit every year, regularly publish industry research, develop training and educational programs, and provide ongoing community programming in their online and offline spaces. Their “mission at CMX is to advance the community industry and help professional community builders thrive”. This year is the seventh annual CMX Awards.
This includes annual awards ceremonies which this year includes the Pokémon GO Ambassador Programme as a nominee in the User Group Program category.
We are really proud of all the work that the amazing Pokémon GO Community Ambassadors put in around the world. From growing local communities, to building the world in-game with POI submissions, to helping host incredible in-person events, they put so much work in this game to make it better. Community is the heart of Pokémon GO, and the Ambassadors are such a key part of that. We’d love to encourage you all to vote for the Ambassador programme and try to help them with a deserving win!
