A new Warhammer game is coming out soon. Warhammer Age is Sigmar: Deathmaster has been announced, but unlike Vermintide or the Space Marine games, this one is a stealth-focused action-platformer vollowing Vihneek, a Skaven assassin.
Developed by Old Skull Games and published by Dotemu, Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Deathmaster is inspired by 2D action platformers and stealth-enriched indie classics, and will chronicle Vihneek’s dark, gritty quest for bloodshed when it launches on PC, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5 and XBOX in 2027.
In the new trailer, which you can watch above, Vihneek is freed from prison, only to be enslaved by a new captor. Clan Skrell has forced Vihneek into the life of an assassin, taking out rival clans and other underworld figures to help the clan establish dominance.
