Minerva is the traveling merchant who deals in rare plans and recipes in Fallout 76. She pops up at various locations throughout Appalachia to sell her wares for a short period of time before departing. Here’s where Minerva is today and her current inventory in Fallout 76.
Minerva’s Location Today
Minerva is currently located at The Crater. She can be found outside the entrance on the left side. If you fast-travel to the Crater exterior, you’ll need to exit Crater completely to find her.
She’ll remain at The Crater until April 12 at noon EST.
Minerva’s Current Inventory
Minerva sells rare plans and recipes; however, she only deals in Gold Bullion. Like her location, Minerva’s inventory changes weekly.

Minerva Explained
Minerva will set up shop at four different locations in the wasteland from Monday to Wednesday each week:
- Fort Atlas
- The Crater
- Foundation
- The Whitespring Resort
After Wednesday, she disappears for the rest of the week as she journeys to the next location. Typically, after three weeks of rotating locations, there will be an event titled Minerva’s Big Sale that occurs between noon EST on Thursday through noon EST on Monday of each week. Her inventory during the event is discounted 25%.
