The starting quests in Gray Zone Warfare are fairly straightforward, but sometimes finding the specific supplies or items that you need to collect can be frustrating.
The first set of Gray Zone Warfare quests supply you with map coordinates to help guide you to the right destination in your faction’s starting town, but you’re still left to your own devices when it comes to actually locating and collecting the necessary supplies. Finding medical supplies for Lab Rat’s Meds Wanted task is one of the more difficult early-game quests in Gray Zone Warfare, but it’s much easier once you learn where to look.
Gray Zone Warfare UNLRA Medical Supplies Location
The Meds Wanted mission tasks you with retrieving some UNLRA medical supplies near the town’s water tower. For players in the Lamang Recovery Initiative faction, the water tower is at (200, 163). Mithras Security System members will find the water tower at (172, 118). Crimson Shield International faction members will find the water tower at (140, 161).
Once you’ve made your way to the water tower, you’ll find white UNLRA trucks and banners all over the place. Don’t pay any attention to those, though, because your true objective lies inside the small building nearby. It’s the only building and the area and it has two front doors, so it’s easy enough to spot.
Head inside the door on the right side and you’ll find a white box on a shelf in the back corner of the room. This white box contains UNLRA medical supplies. That’s what you need to complete this task. Once you’ve secured the goods, you’ll need to carry them all the way back to your faction’s base camp. If you die, you’ll drop the supplies and be forced to return to the water tower to collect more.
Once you make it back to base, open the task menu to hand over the supplies to Lab Rat and complete the quest. Once Lab Rat’s request is out of the way, you can either accept her next mission or move on to other quests like First Recon to get to know the starting town better.
