Finally someone that makes sense to be in a suit for these videos.
the best parts of this game are walking into a room crowded full of dumb dudes, saying some bullshit and walking right by like I belong.
the worst parts are Bond and friends giving you constant Triple A dialog and when the game stops giving you as many options as you had by the end.
Also, without getting into spoilers, man the villains were so lame. Thats like, half the point of a Bond story, making a memorable dude.
The game is definitely not without its merits, and definitely deserves a sequel to get the chance to smooth some of the rough edges for me. sadly i really dont think thats going to happen. they gave everyone a nice goodbye knoeing that theyd probably never get the chance to work on an ip like this again in this day and age.

Good review. This was a practice game for Amazon studios but it has a lot of future potential. Should cost $40 though.
Guys… some of us have full-time jobs and are too damn tired from working all the time so yeah, some yellow paint does help you navigate where to go next when your tired af and just want to get to the next part without spending abunch of time trying to figure it out. Being told where to go isn't so much about having your hand held as it is about just convenience for some. The option to toggle it On and Off in the Settings menu would end all conversations about this.

I just finished 007 First Light, and I have to say, I genuinely had a blast with this game!
The campaign was incredibly fun and entertaining from start to finish, and I really enjoyed this interpretation of James Bond. The character fits the role perfectly, and the game does a great job of making you feel like you're stepping into the shoes of the legendary 007.
One of the biggest highlights for me was definitely the combat system. The hand-to-hand fighting is satisfying, fluid, and incredibly fun, especially with the ability to incorporate your surroundings into combat. There's something so satisfying about using the environment to your advantage while taking down enemies! The fighting mechanics actually reminded me quite a bit of the Batman Arkham games, which is definitely a compliment!
Another aspect that absolutely blew me away was the stunning locations and scenery. Seriously, this game is gorgeous! From exploring a gritty black market hidden within a ship graveyard, to walking through an elegant and beautiful museum, all the way to the breathtaking frozen landscapes of the Arctic, the variety of environments is phenomenal. Each location feels unique and visually impressive, making the adventure that much more immersive.
In fact, while playing through these incredible locations and experiencing the combat, I couldn't help but think: If we ever get a John Wick video game, THIS is the kind of experience I'd love to see! The combination of cinematic environments, intense hand-to-hand combat, and environmental takedowns would be absolutely perfect for a John Wick game.
Overall, 007 First Light was a fantastic experience and an incredibly enjoyable adventure. It delivers a fun, action-packed campaign, satisfying combat, memorable locations, and a fresh take on one of the most iconic characters in entertainment.
I highly recommend this game to anyone who loves a great single-player, story-driven campaign, especially all the James Bond fans out there!

I just started the game the other day and I am enjoying the game. I'm a newcomer to James Bond. My brother in law and I just watched all the Daniel Craig movies and I told him that I wanna see some of the older ones, so we're gonna watch those at some point.

I’m not THAT far into the game but I gave it a B. I wanted more suit n tie spy killing bad guys . It felt more like a frat boy trynna be a hitman . But I’m not that far into the game yet so lemme shut up lol . But it’s decent just not like the classic 007 games I’m used to growing up
Big James Bond fan here. I just beat the game and it was pretty good, but I had some problems. The game was too short for me, I completed it at around 18 hours and that is with me taking my time, exploring, and dying a ton of times. Also, the game doesn't give you much ammo and that pissed me off. James Bond would go to a mission and he would only bring like 8 rounds. Like what the hell, 8 rounds ? And one last thing: I hated MI6 and M so much. I felt like they were not worth fighting for. James Bond was a British nationalist that would spy for Britain, now adays it doesn't seem like its worth fighting for but hey, maybe I'm thinking too much about politics here. I would not have forgiven MI6 for putting me in prison after all the bullets I dodged for "King and Country".
I love this game. The 00 difficulty updates, as well as the Tac sims really add to the games replay ability.
