I actually came up with some kind of explination and or theory about the stinger flynn dream segmants, its some kind of pre lore segment for each of the characters actual people if that makes sense. in one of the pervious chapters they said in a case file that they use actual people to create the characters, the characters mimic what the people are like down to their core memories. so maybe its showing the player just how the actual people were like in some dramatisized version.
