If yall arent aware, Ranon Sarono, the senior animator on this team, is the guy that made all of those funny animations youve probably seen before on the channel "hyper" (e.g. revolver reload video)

I don’t get why they need to re-record guns, audio and “feel”??.. they’ve already done this EVERY YEAR followed up by there’s already footage.

Make iconic guns that sound and feel the same… cause that’s what we know and want to go back too if the game is the same every year. It’s hard to see them as iconic if they’re different every time.

It’s like changing the ping to the M1 Garand every year.

Guess what you’re doing in this video that you will NEVER do in game? Stand still longer than 2 seconds. IT’S OK! We promise it’s not that boring to take two seconds to check a corner.

1 thing is for sure, even with the ups and downs of COD.
The weapon feeling is the seller of the franchise.
There is literally no game coming close.

MW2 had a very bad idea to force players to play with other weapons to get attachments to different weapons.

COD has SO much potential but it’s spoiled by the greed and ridiculousness of skins and costumes.

I have another idea for seasonal rewards.

I think the game could introduce seasonal collectibles with three rarity levels: Rare, Very Rare, and Extremely Rare.

For example, during a season, only around **5% of players—or even fewer—**would have a chance to find one of the Extremely Rare collectibles. The reason I suggest this is that once players fully learn the maps, upgrade their equipment, and complete their workbench, they need a new long-term goal to keep searching. Money alone isn't enough motivation to keep players engaged.

Imagine an Extremely Rare collectible that can only be found during a single season. Once that season ends, it can never be obtained again, but the players who earned it keep it permanently in their account as a badge of achievement.

These rewards could include unique weapon or knife skins, a terrifying mask with blood dripping from its eyes, or even a small collectible soldier statue with interactive voice lines.

For example, when another player visits your profile, the soldier statue could pull back the charging handle of its rifle and say, "Freeze!" If the visitor stays on the profile for a little longer, it could say another line like, "I've got my eye on you."

Players who obtain these collectibles could proudly display them on their profile. When one player discovers one of these incredibly rare rewards, thousands of others become motivated to keep searching. They explore every corner of the map, fight over high-value locations, and take greater risks, hoping they'll be the next player to uncover that special seasonal collectible.

I also think seasonal leaderboards would be a great addition. For example:

The richest players of the season.
Players who defeated the highest number of elite AI enemies, such as tanks, enemy generals, or other powerful bosses.
Other seasonal achievement categories that encourage different playstyles.

Long-term goals like these would make every season feel unique. Even after players finish the main progression, they would still have exciting reasons to keep exploring, competing, and playing throughout the season.
