YESSSS a new Control game! I gotta say, though… this looks a lot more 'arcadey' than the other Control games. Hopefully they're not substituting the deep, mystery-driven draw of the initial Control games with just that or this is going to feel like a lackluster Darksiders game. Here's looking at you, DS3.

9.5/10 when I see Remedy as the developer. I know the game is gonna be something new, exciting and just amazing! Their window for missing is so low to non existent, it’s crazy that they aren’t so much bigger!
I always respect when devs try to do something new, now most of the games go by open world, meaningful choices, bla bla bla. Control seems fresh in that aspect
I love Alan Wake 2. Control I attempted 3 or 4 times, loved the gameplay but but the story is just not approachable. Not knowing what’s going on or not having anything explained just didn’t give me a purpose to keep going. Will buy this game deffo

Control is in my top 5 games ever and still one of the best looking games ever made IMO. Every time I replay it I'm blown away by everything all over again, and I very rarely replay games.
While I don't think Resonant will hit the mark as perfectly for me, I know that's only because Control is basically a bullseye for my taste in all aspects. Still very excited and know it'll be a great time!

Ok, I'm just gonna say it. The game looks awesome, but please guys, please put an actual ending to the storyline on this one! The first one had an amazing storyline that amounted to, well, nothing, because there was no real ending.

Oh I hope this does well. The original Control and Alan Wake 2 were fantastic games. I really wish they hadn’t taken a gamble on Firebreak – that apparently has put them into quite a financial hole. Hopefully Control 2 gets them out of it.
