Why’re they called nephilim? Just curious. The literal translation is “fallen ones”, and judeo-Christian apply these to either demonic spirits or man eating giants descended from fallen angels called watchers who married human women… usually the idea intermingles, that demons are just disembodied spirits of nephilim/rephaim whom have yet to be sent to their final destination in Sheol.
