I'm getting the Vapemaster Trickster edition

Assuming it is the same the ring will probably let you pick your love for the storyline like in DD1
The bonuses (even the pre-order ones) all have a small text indication to them, stating that these items "may be purchasable after launch" and knowing capcom and eastern devs in general, this will most likely happen soon-ish after release, meaning that it does not really matter much if you buy those upront or wait a bit and get them later. In almost all cases you won't miss out on any items and will be able to purchase anything later on. But in very few cases it still cann occur that the items stay exclusive to pre-ordering or a specific edition and there's no other way of optaining them.
But given that most of the stuff is granting you pretty much just early access to some items you can also gain by simply playing and the others being simply on the cosmetic side of things. I think chances are that the cosmetic items will become available to purchase later on line the Camp and Soundtrack-Options and also the pre-order bonuses might end up becoming available to purchase later on as well.
I want a mystic knight who can use magic bows, swords, sheilds, staffs and maces. I would even take regular bows. I hope the mystic knight is in this with a new touch. I am ready for Friday, my fellow arisen, and yes, I will probably try and romanticize my pawn if I can, lol. 😂😂 I'm just keeping it real here, especially if I make a beautiful female pawn I already did on dragons dogma 1.
Will you be able to upgrade to this after I install the game? GameStop said I can’t upgrade to the deluxe

If they'll ever make a DLC quest to not only tame & mount the Griffin but also have it combat with my character + pawns then I'll buy cause this the only i know where Griffon actually looks dope! I played & platinumed the DD many years ago. It was extremely fun tbh & this one looks crazy good but lacks mount system.
Wonder if you get the standard edition if you can buy an upgrade. Prefer physical copies.

The Delux seems sort of a soft classic upsale given all it includes, rather than a non-utility pet/cosmetic item/etc.
