All eight party members in Final Fantasy Resonance ranked from B to S tier, and for each of them which Vision gets the most out of them. The ranking looks at how much a character adds to a late game team from chapter seven on.
Nichol takes the top spot. He is the only Synergist in the game, and his second Limit Burst Mirroring Prism lets every party member act twice for one turn. Rain joins him in S tier as the party’s tank, and Sakura leads A tier with the highest Magic in the game. All eight are good, so B tier here means swappable and not weak.

Dark fina is soo op it belongs to S tier, she just do soo much damage is not even funny, i just do the arena monster when she is 10 levels less than monsters and shit equipment, and we win, people dont sleep on her
My favorite thing about Rain is your can turn him into a monster counterattack tank. He will literally counter everything thrown at the entire party for free damage while soaking up the hits himself. Excellent party member.
I finished the game with Rain, Laswell and double Fina. Solely because they were the most fleshed out and interresting character. I did used Lid mid game though.
Sakura is only useful up until you reach close to end game. Other than that I just bum rush everything with Nichol, Rain, Lasswell and Fina/Archwitch. Once you’ve unlocked sephi and bartz the game is practically easy mode. I mean even Bartz alone makes the game easy.
nichol deserves to be in a tier of his own way above the next best unit…arms akimbo + fluid warfare + formation skill + dualcast leads to insane shenanigans. the only gripe is there are no synergist visions to pair with him but i guess he is already OP enough without it.
