Ghost of Tsushima Announced for PC With NVIDIA DLSS 3, AMD FSR 3, Unlocked Frame Rate, and More

Today Sony Interactive Entertainment announced that the excellent Ghost of Tsushima is finally coming to a PC near you.

We’re getting the Director’s Cut version, including the Iki Island expansion and the Legends co-op mode. It’s coming on May 16 and it’s already available for pre-purchase on Steam and Epic Games Store.

Speaking of pre-purchases, below you can see the bonuses you get, the Broken Armor dyes, the Traveler’s Attire, and the New Game+ Horse.

The port is developed by the omnipresent Nixxes Software, which has worked on many of Sony’s PC releases.

PC users will get to enjoy all the tech they expect from today’s top games including NVIDIA DLSS 3,  AMD FSR 3, Intel XeSS, NVIDIA DLAA, FSR 3 Native AA, and Nvidia Reflex.

We’re also getting full DualSense support uncapped frame rate, and support for ultra-wide frame rates.

You can check out a trailer below.

The game was originally developed by Sucker Punch and released on PS4 in 2020 and PS5 in 2021. Speaking of the Bellevue-based developer, the announcement was accompanied by a comment by co-founder Brian Fleming.

We’re proud to announce that our friends and partners over at Nixxes are bringing Ghost of Tsushima to PC!

This is a first for Sucker Punch – all our previous work is console-exclusive, so we are excited about all this and Nixxes was the right team to do this project. With them on board, we knew the results would be nothing short of amazing! Now excuse me as I go order a Super Ultra Wide monitor!

At the moment, the hardware specs for the game have not been announced, so you’ll have to wait a little bit to know if your rig can handle it and at what level of detail, but Nixxes promises a wide range of options to adapt the game to your needs.
