GTA 6 is out November 19th, 2026, and that’s 20 days away. Standard ($79.99) or Ultimate ($99.99)? In this video I go through every official difference between the two editions, using Rockstar’s support page, the PlayStation and Xbox store listings and Take-Two’s pre-order announcement. That covers all 16 Ultimate items, the 5 storefronts only Ultimate opens, when the bonuses unlock, the Vintage Vice City Pack that BOTH editions get, and what Rockstar still hasn’t told us.

KEY FACTS (OFFICIAL)
• Standard $79.99 / Ultimate $99.99 (Take-Two pre-order announcement)
• Ultimate = Grand Theft Auto VI + the Ultimate Edition Upgrade. You can buy the Upgrade separately at any time (the US Xbox store lists it at $20)
• Ultimate doesn’t come on a disc. Physical copies include a download code, and you can add the upgrade after you redeem it
• No early access. Both editions launch Nov 19 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Digital pre-load starts Nov 12
• Ultimate items unlock across the story (“new items uncovered behind each chapter”)
• Vintage Vice City Pack: digital pre-orders and purchases of EITHER edition made before Nov 20, 2026. The Upgrade on its own isn’t eligible. The GTA+ month isn’t included with physical copies and auto-renews until you cancel
• Take-Two reports quarterly results on Nov 9, with a call at 4:30 PM ET
Anything marked as “my opinion” in the video is exactly that. Everything else comes from official Rockstar, PlayStation, Xbox or Take-Two pages. Visuals are official Rockstar Games trailers, screenshots and artwork.

Standard or Ultimate? Which ONE item made the call for you? Mine's the Classic Car Collection 🚗
W’s 🎉
La comparación me dejó pensando en qué vale de verdad esos 100: no es solo el juego base, es cuánto de ese contenido extra usaría yo en la primera pasada 💰 @NereydaRodríguez40
I hope we can use trailer and put boats on it and use the back of trucks with out having to force it to stay in
Seeing this vid with any edition
I got Ultimate. If I win, I'mma sell it.
Just get the ultimate…… if you can’t afford the extra 20 bucks then you probably shouldn’t be waisting money on a game
Great video thank you for giving me a better understanding of the game. I start off with the standard. Then upgrade to ultimate later.
🎉 so excited
