Narrow lanes – good thing or a bad thing???
GTA1 (1997) > GTA 4 (2008) 11 years GTA 5 (2013) > GTA 6 (2026) 13 years

The lanes should be even more narrow, wide lanes ruin the speed sensation and immersion.

GTA 6 looks amazing. But I also think it's a testament to 5 and how good it looked for 2013 that there is even a comparison video like this. I'm not going to lie though, with how good 6 looks, me in 2013 probably would have thought we would be much further along by 2026 in terms of graphics.
When GTA 7 is released, the sixth part will look like today's GTA 5.

You used the worst example for the trees part. In the normal game im pretty sure leaves fall off tree when you hit them and cant remember if the branches also shake but all vegetation on the el rubio island is awful. The bushes behave like walls.
