I played the game on 'easy' (because I play games for story not combat) and I still found it REALLY tough. This forced me to get to grips with the game's mechanics and understand how everything worked, which meant I got far more out of it.
The endings are still awful
Damn shame for Legend of Dragoon fans that a reference to the addition system wasn't made. The cult following of LoD that's played this game has definitely considered it to be the spiritual successor to the "obscure" jrpg

A nitpick I have is that there's no way to disable the cinematic animations for parrying. It gets old when in an hour-long fight in the Endless Tower.

Game has fantastic graphics but would have liked it better as a movie. It's just too complex for my taste I know a lot of people like it but it gives me a headache. And vertigo. And depression. And PTSD. And it aggravates my ADHD.
