All of this makes me wonder about the future of Suicide Squad as an IP. They had two movies, one of them was terrible, but James Gunn’s version flopped hard and now this game comes out and underperforms hard. Unless James Gunn plans a new Suicide Squad movie in his new DCU, this might be it for the group.
