Looks awesome! Coming from watching lilsimsie's reaction I 100% agree that there are not nearly enough skin tones shown in the trailer and they should be on a sliding and gender shouldn't be binary in your life sims game but it honestly looks AMAZING! The style and graphics look intense. I have a decent computer but when/if this game comes out I'd home its not too huge of a file. Pumped!

I genuinely hope this is a good Sims competitor. It's $1200 for all of Sims 4 content right now. It's just insane how hilariously greedy EA is. They NEED to be knocked down a peg and this game looks very good so far.

Looks great, but for now, it completely misses the charm of the Sims. That's to be expected though, as the Sims has had many years to become a staple.
I think it's great a studio is finally trying to take on this genre, after Singles (I guess it was called) we haven't really had something that came close enough.
For those hoping this will affect the Sims, I don't think it will yet. Sims has such a big name and following, if anything it might bring in new people to the genre who will eventually end up playing the next Sims.

Honestly, I'm excited to see where some of these life-sim games go in the next few years – it's crazy how The Sims have monopolized the market for life-sims and as someone who has played The Sims since the original was released, I think it is well overdue to see the market get a shake up.

I'm sorry, but I can't like this one… I don't know what it is with devs wanting so much "realism", when all that does is lose originality. This just looks like some weird mmo for adults. These characters look like soulless mannequins to me, and what's with the framerate all over the place? Hopefully they work on that as well before release. Also, does this have as much freedom as the sims in regards to creating the character? choosing orientation, pronouns, way of peeing, pregnant or not, etc (I don't know that language, I couldn't read the text)
