Request to Add Bangladesh to PlayStation Supported Countries
Dear PlayStation Support Team,
I am writing as a PlayStation user from Bangladesh to respectfully request that Sony consider adding Bangladesh to the list of officially supported countries and regions for PlayStation services, particularly PlayStation Portal cloud streaming and PlayStation Plus Premium.
I am very interested in purchasing a PlayStation Portal, but the current lack of official support in Bangladesh makes it difficult to justify the purchase. Cloud streaming would be especially valuable for users like me who may want to experience PlayStation games without immediately having to purchase a PS5.
Bangladesh has a growing gaming community, and many players are interested in PlayStation products and services. Official support would make it much easier for Bangladeshi users to access PlayStation services properly, rather than having to rely on accounts from other countries or unofficial workarounds.
I understand that launching PlayStation services in a new country can involve many factors, including network infrastructure, payment systems, licensing, legal requirements, server availability, and regional business considerations. I completely understand that these processes may take time.
However, I would sincerely appreciate it if Sony could consider Bangladesh for an official expansion as soon as reasonably possible. If there are already internal plans to add Bangladesh, I would be very grateful to know whether there is an estimated timeframe or any upcoming announcement that users should look forward to.
In particular, I would be interested in knowing whether Bangladesh could eventually receive:
PlayStation Portal cloud streaming support
PlayStation Plus Premium availability
Official PlayStation Store support
Local payment options and/or Bangladesh-supported payment methods
Official regional PlayStation services and customer support
I believe official support would benefit both Bangladeshi players and PlayStation by allowing more users to participate in the PlayStation ecosystem through legitimate, officially supported services.
I would also appreciate it if you could forward this feedback to the appropriate regional or PlayStation services team. Even if there is currently no confirmed plan, knowing that Bangladesh is being considered would mean a lot to the local PlayStation community.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read my request and for considering feedback from PlayStation users in Bangladesh. I sincerely hope that Bangladesh can be added to the supported countries in the near future.
Kind regards,
A PlayStation user from Bangladesh

PHYSICAL GAMES beyond 2028 is essential if we are to remain on PS5 and adopt PS6. Lawmakers, legislate better protective rights on digital purchases of games and other entertainment media.
Game off 2026
No Disc No Buy
No disc no property no money Sony ❤
Only thing the game has going for it is a physical disc. But you need internet for it to work. 😂Game itself looks mid at best. Slashing and jumping.. $20/$30 anything more is a waste 🫡
Sem disco, sem compra
