I agree as Asmon that the game looks boring but also is it just the footage or does the animation looks janky, the graphics are not great at all and the color pallet is terrible. Its almost like they turned everything to "Mid" and left it at that.

Honestly I feel bad for the devs sometimes. Most game devs are given a checklist of things to do and it’s their job to do it.
It’s a shame the creative directors and whoever is in charge of the games concept in general is an idiot.
Because they’re wasting so much money on a boring concept.
I always wonder why Ubisoft doesn’t follow the rockstar games model and actually put some effort into the games concept rather than blindly putting millions of dollars into something with no real depth.
Assassins creed Japan for example should be handled carefully, as careful as rockstar handles gta 6 because an assassins creed in feudal Japan is the games most requested setting which means high demand which also means they need to do an amazing job.
Whoever makes decisions at Ubisoft needs to be fired because they’re wasting millions of dollars, and so many years developing garbage.
Atleast gta 6 devs gets to feel some sort of accomplishment when the game gets a positive release, but imagine how devastated and embarrassed the skull and bones devs must have been when the game got so much hate all because Ubisoft had no idea what to do with the game.
Imagine spending 130 dollars on a political correct Han Solo game ! No thank you ! Let this flop !

When Blizzard pulled this shit. I skipped Diablo 4, when it was added to gamepass for 10 bucks a month. I blitzed through the game in 2 weeks. For 10 bucks it was great. Screw the massive paywalls of AAA studios

The main character looked so much cooler in the first trailer they put out. I swear they made her look worse on purpose to “avert the male gaze” haha. I mean her haircut alone makes her look like an old women.

To be fair the EU or "LEGENDS" world building is quite phenomenal even in stories without a reliance on Sabers' just look at the Commander/ Clone novels or Rogue Squadron. The cancelled SW game playing as a smuggler looked great. But I loved the EU! Tho DUNE's worldbuilding is amazing across the books, The WoT or WH 40k is also favorites of mine. So i'm bias lol just my op. Plus Bounty Hunter for the gamecube was bada$$ too. Eclisped looked so fckn awesome! That bridge lightsaber duel always made me feel RoTS vibes. It was STAR WARS! Not the fake corporate knock offs we have today.

First time watching the trailer, I refuse to give Dirtney a view. I'm ok with SW without lightsabers, its better than everyone with one. My favorite Star Wars games were about space combat, flying a fighter. But yeah there is no life in this game, and I doubt giving someone in it a lasersword will change that.
We can discuss hundreds of aspects, but at the end of the day, it's always one simple thing: "Everything woke turns to shit".
I don't know about y'all, but I was expecting a combination of No Man's Sky, GTA, and Star Wars. What a disappointment.

Hot take but outside of the Mandalorians Jedi and Sith the World building isn’t deep enough to condone the production of games that isn’t about space Wizards.

I'm also not a fan of Star Wars. I only ever watch the films because, as Asmond also said, of the lightsabers; Jedi and Sith. I have zero interest in their spinoff shows, their films without it being centered on the Jedi or Sith. It's just boring otherwise. As for the game, I'll keep an eye on it and see how it develops. But knowing Ubisofts games, it'll be a reskin of a past game of theirs. :/

I don't see how anyone could judge this game yet when we haven't really seen much about it. I'm not interested enough to pre-order this game but I'll wait until it comes out. See how good the actual raw gameplay looks like then make my choice.
But I'm also someone that never listens to the stupid whining the internet does about games. If a games enjoyable and at least a 6/10 I"ll buy it maybe not right away and maybe I'll wait for a sale. But as long as the game keeps me entertained the entire way through it's done it's job.
