THIS WEEK > Capcom's showcase on the 16nth. 😉 We might get an RE: Requim – Gold Edition reveal. And if no PSVR2 mode is included it's officially time to throw in the towel. It's a matter of, do we just cave and settle to play it flat on like a 65" OLED on PS5 Pro, or for us PC-less goober heads, fork down like 2500-3 grand(CAD) for a PC(5070 for ex) and play the PCVR mod. ugh! 😛 I hate the idea of buying a PC, even for Steam Frame. in a perfect world > PSVR3 + PS6, Quest 4 as a stand alone and Switch 2 for flatscreen games.

I honestly don't know how you horror players do it. Sure ResEvil ports are masterpieces, the Arizona Sunshines (though more like action games) are dumb fun, Saints&Sinners are a triumph in weight physics (games are super downers besides that), but everything else feels so same-y. Just oppressive blacks and jump scares. How this is a joyful escape/experience is beyond me. And why y'all keep needing to be fed is beyond me as well.
This isn't hate, I'm just perplexed. Don't get me wrong, I'm well aware there's more than just horror on PSVR. But I cant help but feel like for years almost every new game announcement was some form of horror, and all VR players were meant to be hyped about it, when I want so much more for this medium. Thankfully, we're getting a wide range of stuff on the horizon, slowly but surely. I personally cannot contain my excitement for EXD & High on Life. Remember when we were convinced VR was dead? Now, brothers & sisters, it feels like we're witnessing a revolution! Cheers to a bright future
