Street Fighter: Movie (2026) just dropped a brand-new teaser focused entirely on Roman Reigns’ Akuma, and while it’s only 10 seconds long, it gives us our best look yet at one of the film’s most anticipated characters. In this reaction, we’re breaking down Akuma’s intimidating new voice, his updated live-action design, glowing red eyes, and all of the hidden details packed into the brief teaser. We’ll also discuss whether this footage changes our expectations for the upcoming Street Fighter Movie, the ongoing WWE SummerSlam crossover, what Roman Reigns could bring to the role of Akuma, and why this adaptation is shaping up to be one of the biggest video game movies of the year. As always, we’ll separate what we can actually confirm from pure speculation while analyzing every frame of the teaser. What do you think of Roman Reigns as Akuma so far? How are YOU feeling about Akuma in #StreetFighterMovie after this teaser? LET ME KNOW! Drop a LIKE if you enjoyed and thanks for always coming back and supporting the channel
It looks like Temu street fighter 😂 50 cent looks sooo shit😅 I love it guess there going for that shiny cheap look
They might pull the Super Turbo. Bison instantly gets hit with a Raging Demon then the real fight begins 😮
We have to stop to support mediocre products like this or mk2 . Let's be honest no one expect this type of movies to be masterpiece but these are absolute trash. And don't tell me they look "game accurate " the whole point of an adaptation is the make something that would look ridiculous work in the screen.
Fights are too slow and hella cringe
I like how he sounds so far. The less he sounds like himself the better. Give me that Heath Ledger energy where the actor behind the character is unrecognizable.
Cody Rhodes looks like a more accurate M. Bison than David Dastmalchian does. I would've liked Alan Ritchson to be Guile.
MK2 was a disappointment. I see SF turning out nice and watchable 👌
Ima say it till im red in the face mk dropped the ball and should have dropped when they said it would!!!!
Hello Dynasty, our world heavy weight champion and our trial chief deserve his place, in the Street Fighter movie. Speaaaaar, and Superman punch !
I liked to believe Capcom has a bigger income than Netherrealm Studios, and with that being said I think Capcom has more influence on their movie. I also think they did not show much of the stage in this teaser, because here was a lot of drama about "extras" in the movie
1:52 I hope thats not the angle they show in the movie and they dont just tease us, I hope it's a wider shot in that scene and we get to see how great Chun Li's ass is 😂
Look all im saying is we saw Wolverine ass in the movies, we saw Thor's in Love and Thunder I haven't seen fan survice like that for guys in years and they dont have to show all front of her body if they dont want to (Even though I wouldn't complain if they wanted to show that) I will settle for her butt though 😂😂😂
Edit: I'm tired of people complaining about the male gaze I say Make The Male Gaze Great Again 😂, Look obviously Im joking I have notice the lack of fan survice for men in movies but im not gonna loose it if this movie doesn't have it I'll just be a bit disappointed, This movie is still gonna be great I never thought we would get a Street Fighter movie this good and that's coming me who loves the Van Damme movie
Roman reigns is the tribal chief and he's the head of the table and he's the beast Slayer the goat the god mode the heavyweight champion Roman reigns the greatest superstar of all time the WWE superstar in history.
Oh man Akuma sounds like he does in the Street Fighter Alpha animated movie which is AWESOME!
The stupidity of Roman coming out as AKUMA. People are so stupid.
Akuma sounds like true Demon
1:59 also its also more likely being released everywhere unlike mk bc of the violence
Quick question Dynasty… I've been watching you for years now and I just want to know what you do for a living besides YouTube and videos? If you could answer that question for me I would feel like a Scooby Doo mystery has been solved 😂
I'm guessing you've never seen Assassin's Fist
We should definitely acknowledge our tribal chief Akuma ☝🏼
As a big street fighter fan; i really think this movie really doesnt look good…I havent seen one good clip from it yet…
👹That voice tho!!! My boi has the a badass voice!! I'M HYPED!! 😱😱 I mean come on profile picture has Akuma on it. I had to come here eventually… 😂
Need a virtua fighter and samurai shodown movie next
The timing of the upload. Considering who plays Akuma.
AKUMA I LOVED YOU IN AQUAMAN ( if you don't get the reference it's a reference to this video where a Fan yells Roman I loved you in Aquaman then he quirps back it would've made more money if I was in to too)
I don't see this movie being amazing but it will definitely be better than the 1994 live action movie.
Okay okay….this is sick….that voice …. I'm ready for this movie….
Love you Dynasty 😘
Man. They are really trying to convince people that its good lol
Hopefully Zangief will do the spinning piledriver, or at least have a Blanka vs Zangief fight.
I want to see Akuma fight Bison in this movie like the games but I doubt it.
The cinematography for this movie is good
Kinda out of character of Akuma actually competing in a tournament he often stay in the shadows and seek out only very strong fighters.
