I liked the first game for the intense investigation and NPC for when I was scared and needed company by drawing the monsters into the crowds. You know shared delusions is more fun that alone. Anyways I hope the game did not diverge too far 🥲 either way still preordered.
Ps: would had been cool to see this game being a bit more like the first one and Vampyr for example

It does look way more polished than the first, but also more generic. I hope the whole game isn't just a Resident Evil clone now.
Виглядає дуже круто. Треба буде оновити комп, аби пограти в неї. Перша мені дуже сподобалась. Тут бачу густішу атмосферу – можливо, відмова від відкритого світу дає свої переваги. Єдине, що поки для мене виглядає дивно – це "реальність" подій гри. У книгах Лавкрафта завжди лякало невідоме, будь яка небезкепа могла бути жартом уяви. Я сподівають, що ці бойові походенькі головного героя, хоча б частково, будуть видіннями і фантазіями хворого розуму.

Ця гра може бути одним із головних прихованих сюрпризів цього року, дуже подобається атмосфера, тон та всесвіт гри. Сподіваюсь якомога більше ґеймерів оцінять цю гру.
Єдине ще розчаровує це відсутість української озвучки, у грі від україснького розробника вона має бути обов'язковою!

I wanted it to stay closer to investigative game rather than something like Resident evil…this is a little sad to me. I love the Sherlock Holmes games..and the first the sinking city was a nice mixture of that and creepy moody horror game. I hope they can come back to investigative gameplay more next time😔😔
The game looks much more Resident Evil-like, with most of the RPG elements stripped away. I also get the impression that there won't be an open world – probably not even a semi-open one.
That's a real shame, because one of my favorite aspects of The Sinking City was interacting with the residents of Oakmont. I always felt that part of the game had a lot of potential and could have been expanded even further.
This time, though, the developers seem to have focused much more heavily on action. I can't really blame them – Resident Evil's sales figures clearly show that this is the direction that sells. Still, on a personal level, I can't help but feel a little disappointed.

All I'm really worried about is the console performance and optimization. I heard the demo didn't run too well even on high end PCs. Other than that I'm really lookin forward to this! Sinking city 1 was great!
