*_Description:_*

Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis follows archaeologist Lara Croft as she is hired by Natla Technologies to recover pieces of the ancient Scion artifact.

*_Gameplay Features:_*

– Unified Lara Croft Design: Built in Unreal Engine 5, featuring her classic attire reimagined with realistic textures, dual pistols, and voice performance by Alix Wilton Regan.

– Unguided Exploration: Expands environmental scale with zero waypoint markers or painted ledges, requiring manual observation, cog-puzzle mechanics, and a high-tech scanner to navigate hidden paths.

– Precision Traversal: Platforming incorporates deliberate jump timing and physics, bringing back manual ledge grabs and classic acrobatic maneuvers.

– Focus-Based Acrobatic Combat: Modernized combat uses a Focus Gauge generated through rolls, backflips, and dodges, unlocking slow-motion precision targeting against aggressive wildlife and raptors.

– T-Rex Encounter: Features the iconic T-Rex boss sequence, combining real-time arena combat with dynamic slide-and-dodge mechanics.

– Independent Difficulty Sliders: Includes separate difficulty settings for combat intensity and environmental puzzle complexity.

*_Release Date and Platforms:_* Coming February 12, 2027 (Deluxe Edition offers 48-hour early access) to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC (Steam), and Nintendo Switch 2.

No yellow paint. That's a surprise.

They're glazing their production decisions so hard, but so far this looks really bland, linear and inorganic
For a game franchise about combat, puzzles, platforming, history and fiction, it's not very good at any of these things.
It's somehow even more boring than Uncharted

Omg, the environment is so beautiful 😍

I swear to God, when I played TR1 in 96 this is what my "mind was seeing".

The gameplay mechanics seem incredibly close to LEGEND and ANNIVERSARY, even the annoying rope. That's not a complaint; to the contrary. The only "modern" gameplay elements seen in the video are the "Dragon's Lair" segments, which are still as awful and incredibly anticlimactic as they always were. A true gameplay killer, really. So this is how we know the Tomb Raider saga peaked in 2006-2007. Still, this seems to be a very good modern classic.

I know about the "game conventions" and I don't want to be a snob, but this little thing on the wrist simply won't fit such a large number of large amount of thick cable. This moment and the scanner make me skeptical, otherwise the game looks amazing, especially the character animations when reacting to the environment (covering his head with his hands from the splashes of a waterfall).🔥🔥🔥

soooo, you still have to aim when shooting or will she have the auto-lock from the original games? 'cause damn did I hate how they turned this franchise into a shooter in the last releases …

Please fix the web shooter grapple hook. Took out the immersion instantly. See alot of what SotTR did as well, and did better.

Give Lara her chest back, I'm not buying it without her two bazookas!😡😡😡

Watching the main character shoot dinosaurs in 2026 is like a return to barbarism. So cheesy. cheap stuff

Bewegt sich der Leopard da nicht etwas zu unrealistisch schnell? In den Classic und Remastered Teile waren die Gegner nicht so schnell wie hier

I'm not all that impressed with the animations and how Lara looks. It looks dated. She looks "flimsy" and she has Way too narrow shoulders. Looks a bit weird tbh. Over all I don't see anything that looks or feel better than return of the tomb raider.

They have made her design more and more "meh" over the years. I actually quite prefer Anniversary.
