I am looking forward to this expansion and The Witcher 4. The 3 games of this series so far is three of the best stories I have played.
I think that the Witcher 4 can not get the Witcher 3 status, they have imo chosen the wrong protagonist, it would have been better to have Vesimir as leadding role maybe even when he was younger. The fact that Ciri is now the protagonist means that CD project Red does not care about your choices in Witcher 3, Maybe you wanted her to be new emperor, of another path that doesnt include being a witcher and be a traveler of worlds…That to me does not compute…..And there for I predict that
Witcher 4 wont be regarded as cool as Witcher 3 PLUS the fact that CD project Red once made game because the regarded themself artist, NOW they make games because investors want a certain, genre or ideology …that is how patethic these thing can get…

The 3. Expansion re-uses the whole game world and just transforms it to 10 years before the beginning of Witcher 3, the day when Geralt and Vesemir wakes up at the tree in White Orchard 😉
Just fired the game up again after 6 years!! played it trough 2 times already, maybe now i will also try to get all the archievements while i am at it! and make some better quest decisions , can't wait for this expansion!

I just started playing The Witcher 3 for the first time a few months ago. I am on the Blood and Wine exp now. I paid $10 for the whole thing. This game is so deep and so fun. I am trying to platinum it. I likely won't be playing TW4, so this is a good send-off for me. I might check out the remake of The Witcher when that comes out. It just depends on how closely it conforms to the mechanics and quality of TW3.

geralt is given a badass sword from the lady of the lake in the first game maybe its linked to that idk just recently played one and saw a sword and thought of he gets a badass sword way in the past
also if they could fix the horse that would be great the horse is the worst piece of shit in the game i usally opt to run to the nearest fast travel sign because of how terrible it is
