i cant believe it, i have no complaints. maybe im a little worried about the strength of some of the power weapons in versus. two of them they showed off just one shot by looking in the general directions of people. but besides that, this looks amazing.

All that sounds good, but "seasons" are just as bad as battle passes. Stop locking content behind FOMO and time gates. Now if "seasons" rotate or say when one ends you can progress an older one, fine. Hoping we have a Gears 4/5 style horde though…Not big on this extraction mode but overall looks promising.

All the promo stuff I saw around this game I was ready to write it off, I thought it was going to be some more Microslop. The cinematic trailer looked kinda goofy and uncanny, the promotional skins for pre-ordering are ugly, etc.
But watching the gameplay it actually looks pretty good. Looking forward to the open beta to give it a real sniff test.
I'm relieved to hear something being released by a major publisher isn't forcing mtx, and battlepass. We'll wait and see how the monetization goes.
I get what they’re talking about but they’re referring to a time and a place that is gone. That experience that made Gears of War so popular can never happen again. The industry and the player base are no longer the same.

excited to play a gears game on launch for the first time in awhile. Very dissapointed that execution and gaurdian game modes wont be available PvP modes at launch.
