After the initial release of capcom’s 2023 horror game Resident Evil 4 Remake and its DLC Separate Ways, there has been many rumors regarding Resident Evil 9 as being the next RE title to be released in 2025 but now there is a brand new rumor by a known source, claiming that RE9 might in fact be delayed and that another Resident Evil title might come before it, what is it exactly? we have absolutely no idea. Could it be RE5? Code Veronica? Who will be the main character f it’s a new game entirely? Jill Valentine? Chris Redfield? Leon Kennedy? Claire Redfield? Ada Wong? Rebecca Chambers? Whatever it may be i’m still excited for the future of Resident Evil.

Silent Hill 2 remake, Silent Hil 3 remake, Silent Hill 4 remake, theyre trying to emulate Capcom as the 2nd largest horror franchise they already have the over the shoulder camera.
Its either RE IX or RE5 thats my guess. Or maybe its RE7 cuz theres no 7 or 8 on the covers of the Ethan Winters side story
I know The Winter’s Family story is done, but I REALLY do hate they cut certain scenes out, because we all know those clips the first 30 or 45 seconds at the beginning of the video were not in the game, especially since it gives us a window on how long Rosemary had been taken and how long Elena and the other villagers kept her. Plus I wish they could’ve gone more in depth with the Lords, because they also cut out some stuff for them as well. But now that we know Miranda was the WHOLE reason behind the entire franchise and Oswell Spencer creating Umbrella , I am excited to see where RE9 goes.

It'll be announced later this month. There's been reliable leaks that PlayStation are holding an "E3" style showcase in May. And every RE game since 7 has been announced at a PlayStation event
